    Panel Beater

    Job Summary

    • A Panel beater in an automotive company is a skilled technician responsible for repairing damaged exterior body panels of vehicles, including dents, scratches, and collision damage, by using techniques like metal shaping, welding, filling, and sanding to restore the vehicle's original appearance and structural integrity, often working alongside a paint shop to complete the repair process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • The Machinist, either as a Miller / Tunner is to operate various machine tools to precisely cut, grind, and shape metal, plastic, or other materials, creating or modifying parts with exact dimensions by reading and interpreting blueprints, setting up machines, and monitoring production to ensure quality standards are met;they also perform routine maintenance on the equipment.

    Key responsibilities
    Operating machinery:

    Blueprint interpretation:

    • Reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine machining operations and sequences.

    Precision measurements:
