Job Summary

• Direct day-to-day project operations, ensuring work scope is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while coordinating logistics, personnel, and site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise field/site operations.
• Ensure HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance across all operations.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and third-party contractors.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate risks appropriately.
• Coordinate with technical, finance, and client teams for smooth execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in oil & gas operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001).
• Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary field teams.
• Excellent crisis management and decision-making skills.

Summary

• Provide technical leadership and engineering oversight for project design, execution, and quality assurance, ensuring deliverables meet industry codes and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design review, engineering studies, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications
• Provide technical guidance to site/field engineering teams
• Review and approve technical documentation and drawings
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, or related discipline)
• Professional registration (COREN, IChemE, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 8–10 years' relevant technical experience in the oil & gas industry
• Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO)
• Experience with engineering software/tools relevant to the discipline
