    Operations Manager

    Summary

    • The Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of FOZY Global Concepts Limited., providing strong leadership across all departments. 
    • This is a senior, high-impact role requiring a proactive, energetic individual who can translate the company's strategic vision into measurable results.
    • The successful candidate will oversee all staff, supervise ongoing and pipeline projects, and ensure organizational efficiency, client satisfaction, and sustained revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic Leadership & Organizational Management:

    • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight across all business units.
    • Translate the company's strategic goals into actionable departmental plans, targets, and timelines.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and departmental heads.

    Project Supervision & Delivery:

    • Oversee all active and pipeline projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
    • Establish and enforce project management standards, workflows, and quality assurance processes.
    • Monitor project milestones, escalate risks proactively, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
    • Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and contractual obligations.

    Business Growth & Client Relations:

    • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across government, international development, and private sector clients.
    • Build and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders including government MDAs, development partners, and corporate clients.
    • Support proposal and tender processes by providing operational inputs, timelines, costing validation, and resource planning.
    • Represent the company at high-level meetings, conferences, and networking events to strengthen FOZY's brand and market position.

    Operations & Financial Management:

    • Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness across all functions.
    • Work closely with Finance to monitor budgets, control costs, and drive profitability across all business lines.
    • Review and approve operational expenditures within delegated authority limits.

    Business Development Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct continuous market intelligence and environmental scanning to track industry trends, and government budget priorities.
    • Lead the preparation and submission of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tenders, ensuring full compliance with all technical, financial, and administrative requirements.
    • Build, manage, and sustain relationships with government ministries, departments, agencies (MDAs), parastatals, development partners, and strategic stakeholders.
    • Track bid progress, follow up with procuring entities, and maintain a centralized database of submitted proposals and outcomes.
    • Analyze the outcomes of business development initiatives and recommend improvements or strategic adjustments.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, proposals, contracts, client communications, and correspondence.

    Requirements

    • Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
    • Work Experience: 3–7years’ experience in business development, preferably within government contracting, IT services, training, or donor-funded projects.

    Other Expectations:

    • Strong networking and relationship-management skills with government and international development agencies.
    • Excellent proposal writing, bid coordination, and tender management capabilities.
    • Proven ability to conduct market research and analyse data for informed strategic decision-making.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Good demonstrated understanding of Nigerian public procurement processes and international donor-funded
