    Operations Manager

    Job Summary

    • Feegor is seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day business operations.
    • This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, driving process efficiency, and managing cross-functional teams to consistently meet performance targets.
    • As a member of the leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping organizational strategy, execution, and growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operational activities and ensure seamless end-to-end execution across all functions.
    • Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
    • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with Feegor’s business goals.
    • Track, analyze, and report on operational data and performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate diverse, cross-functional teams.
    • High level of proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and operational technology.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
    • Self-driven, result-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
