Job Brief

• The Online Sales Representative is AugustSecrets’ first point of contact for direct B2C customers who have inquiries or feedback about our products or service.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers through various channels and responding to their inquiries promptly.
• Selling Jadens cerealson all designated digital marketing channels.
• Answering inbound phone calls and messages, making outbound calls to existing and prospects,
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
• Taking customers’ orders and transferring product details to the Data Entry officer for generation of the sales invoices and subsequent follow-up.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback.
• Following up with prospects on their needs and the benefits of feeding their babies with Jaden’s meals and notifying them of the various loyalty and reward programs they can benefit from.
• Following up with existing customers on their needs, and product quality feedback, and notifying them of the various loyalty and reward programs they can benefit from.

Qualification

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND qualification

Responsibilities

• Social media management: Twitter, LinkedIn, Website blog
• Medical Marketing Coordination: Coordinate medical marketing activities while supervising medical sales representatives.
• Point-of-Sale (POS) Marketing Coordination: POS Marketing Programmes: The officer would monitor and enforce POS Marketing activities to ensure they are in line.
• Events: When the need arises, coordinate all events relating to exhibitions, activations, corporate events, and collaborative programs
• Reports: Provide periodic reports to your supervisor

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND qualification
• Should have a medical-related background preferably.
• No experience required
• A graduate of Clinical Nutrition, Community Nutrition, Diet Therapy, Food Commodities, Food Preparation, and Management, or Human Nutrition is preferred
