    Marketing Executive

    JOB TITLE: MARKETING EXECUTIVE

    GRADE: ASSISTANT MANAGER

    LOCATION: LAGOS STATE AND IBADAN, OYO STATE

      SALARY PROPOSED: N2.8M – N4.1M PER ANNUAL

      INDUSTRY: INSURANCE

    Key Responsibilities

    • Market the company’s various insurance products to potential clients
    • Liaise with Brokers to obtain information to aid in the generation of profitable businesses for the Organisation.
    • Source for new clients and develop clientele base of the Organisation through  networking and generate lists of prospective clients and brokers
    • Ensure the achievement of set targets on revenue generation and premium collection.
    • Maintain  a good relationship and  offer excellent service delivery to clients/Brokers at all times 
    • Draw up an articulate marketing strategy for every financial year and monthly sales action plans
    • Provide effective market intelligence to drive marketing efforts of the Organisation and follow up on policy renewals
    • Pursue aggressively participation of the company on all general businesses available through brokers
    • Develops and maintains a robust database on the market, clients and prospects.
    • Follow up on all outstanding and ensuring that the company’s credit control policy is adhered to.
    • Prepare daily weekly and monthly marketing reports on production, collection, renewal status

    Skills/Competence Requirements

    • Customer service oriented
    • Not less than 5 years cognate experience
    • BSc/HND (CIIN and MSc will be an added advantage)
    • Not more than 39years
    • Excellent relationship management skills including the ability to persuade, negotiate,

    Senior Growth Strategy Manager

    LOCATION: VICTORIA ISLAND, LAGOS STATE

     INDUSTRY: FINTECH

    Key Deliverables

    • Carry out research and analysis independently in support of business units, including company strategies, strategic planning process, and key operational issues.
    • Consistently provide insights on business implications of the research and analysis.
    • Draw up implantation strategies towards achieving set target
    • Actively engage in research of growing trends in the financial industry and suggest ways of introducing positive strategy
    • Work independently, sometimes receiving general instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments with a focus on tasks and self-contained work streams.

    Requirement:

    • Minimum 10 years of working experience with 6years in a Strategic role

    • 3 or more years owning lead and conversion metrics at a consumer start up in a marketing position
    • Experience with email, marketing automation and analytics tools, proficiency with product led growth is a plus

    Senior Product Strategy Manager

    LOCATION: VICTORIA ISLAND, LAGOS STATE

    INDUSTRY: FINTECH

    Key Deliverables

    • Champion the conceptualization of products and manage product development activities for all sales distributions.
    • Work with relevant stakeholders including sales teams, actuarial services and strategy departments to identify product related gaps in the life insurance industry with a view to developing products that address these gaps.
    • Develop a centralized database of latest market insights, competitors' product offerings, propositions, marketing & sales campaigns for proactive management of competitions.
    • Develop a standardized FBNI process for developing and launching products
    • Engage relevant support departments (IT, Technical, Premium Admin, Marketing, etc) that would be necessary for smooth launching and continuous sale of new products.
    • Coordinate and obtain sign-off for Product Business Case from relevant Functional Heads, and submit for Management and Board approval
    • Engage relevant stakeholders in upstream discussions, work with Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance and Control department to seek approval from relevant regulatory bodies and ensure timelines are met.
    • Provide on-going support to all distributions (internal and external stakeholders) in all matters related to products.
    • Work closely with Actuarial Services to determine and periodically review new and existing product prices and rates
    • Identify and recommend product bundling opportunities with financial and non-financial services providers.
    • Prepare and obtain sign off for Product Write-Up, Policy Contract, Product Summary etc.
    • Product portfolio management to achieve budget and business KPIs

    Requirement:

    • Bsc. Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration or it equivalent
    • MBA will be an add advantage
    • 5+ years of product management or strategy experience. FinTech experience will be an advantage

    Data Analytics & Research Officer

    LOCATION: VICTORIA ISLAND, LAGOS STATE

    INDUSTRY: FINANCIAL SECTOR (INSURANCE)

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide research, data analysis and presentation creation to assist in the evaluation of business opportunities in line with group objectives
    • Structure large data sets to find usable information, using graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data and provide actionable insights
    • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
    • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
    • Proactively gather, evaluate and disseminate business intelligence insights, sector events/trends, competitive trends, and shifts in customer value demands/expectations
    • Conduct periodic product review and provide data and insights for improvement
    • Build dashboards and reporting systems to monitor industry trends

     ROLE SPECIFICATION – SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:

    • First degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
    • Minimum of Five  (5) years’ relevant experience with 3 years in Data Science or Analytics function required
    • Experience in Fintech, Financial Services or Insurance Industry will be an added advantage 
    • Professional certifications in Data Science and or Business Data Analysis
    • Post graduate Diploma in Data Analytics will be an added advantage

    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

    • Strong mathematical & numeracy skills, Intermediate understanding of databases such as SQL Server, Oracle; Understanding of reporting and data visualization tools such as Business Objects, PowerBI and Tableau, Website Scripts such as XML, JavaScript, JSON; ETL Framework and ETL tools including Alteryx and Microsoft SSIS; Attention to detail and excellent analytical skill-ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data; Excellent communication, Business presentation and Interpersonal skills.
