    General Manager

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
    • Minimum of 5–7 years of managerial experience in property management or real estate.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Proven track record of business growth and operational excellence.
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
    • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office tools.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee daily property management functions, ensuring high standards of service and tenant satisfaction.
    • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all business operations.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and property management sector.
    • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability.
    • Supervise and motivate staff to achieve company goals.
    • Manage client relationships, ensuring quality service delivery.
    • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.

    Accountant

    REQUIREMENTS

    • B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally)
    • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills
    • High level of integrity and professionalism
    • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
    • Monitor cash flow and financial performance
    • Support external audits and provide required documentation
    • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable
    • Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with financial regulations
    • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
