Role Summary
The summary role of BMHFRT is to effectively manage RSAs to achieve Management’s Sales objectives for HiiT Online Training (HOT).
Key Accountabilities:
Marketing Management Functions:
Responsible for actualization of Territory’s Marketing and sales Objectives for HiiT Online Training (HOT)
2. Properly relate with team members to achieve sales objectives.
3. Manage the conversion process of allocated leads as well as self-generated leads to achieve at least 75% lead conversion in line with S/N 1 above.
4. Manage and prioritize tasks to meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
5. Any other duties assigned by your Direct report.
Customer Relations Management Functions:
- Contact prospective customers to achieve sales growth/conversion while Maintaining our standards of engagement.
- Ensure excellent Customer Relations Management.
- Identify and understand customers’ needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
Core Competencies & Skills
- Must be ICT and Social Media Savvy.
- Excellent inbound and out bound calls management.
- Excellent Sales skills with the ability to close sales.
- At least intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in order to present information clearly.
- Excellent work ethics and Integrity.
- Time management and follow-up Skills.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any Social Sciences field with at least 2/2 from an approved Tertiary Institution.
- A minimum of 2-year proven experience as a Team Lead in a corporate organization.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Call Centre Agent in an organization.
- Generic understanding of the Nigerian ICT Education Sector.
