    Programme Head ( Good Governance NGO)

    S/he will support in implementing Governance projects. S/he will support and ensure that projects run smoothly by providing technical support, training, and mentoring stakeholders both at government and community levels, and coordinating the implementation of project activities. The Governance Manager will contribute to the NGO Governance program and proposal development. S/he will play an active role in establishing and managing relationships with local partners, humanitarian actors, state authorities, beneficiaries and local/traditional leaders and contribute to the achievement of the NGO thematic area.

    Qualification 

    • University degree in law, Political science, psychology, Geography, social sciences, or social work (bachelors as a minimum).
    • 28 years old 
    • Minimum of 5 years NGO experience 

    Work Schedule 

    • 5 times a week (8-5)

    Programme Head ( Environment and Climate Change NGO)

    Job Summary

    Identify and develop strategic partnerships with technical service providers to ensure well informed and designed climate change interventions; Conduct analytical work related to the project, as required, to improve project quality; Develop annual work plans and budgets and report on their implementation status.

    Qualification 

    •  A Master’s degree or equivalent in areas covering environmental studies, climate change adaptation, agriculture and rural development; A postgraduate qualification with required experience.

    Resource Mobilisation Manager(NGO)

    Job Description 

    The Resource Mobilization Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the NGO overall organisational resource mobilisation strategy. S/he will ensure proper relationship building to cultivate and leverage an ever stronger donor support base for the NGO across select bilateral, multilateral, philanthropic, and corporate partners. Working closely with other Program teams, s/he will lead the development and presentation of proposals to potential donors and partners, support teams on compliance to donor and the NGO requirements during project implementation, and coordinate stakeholder management across donors on an ongoing basis to maximize delivery of the strategic partnerships and shared mission.

    Qualification 

    • Master’s degree in International Development, Public Finance, Public Administration, Rural Development, Social Sciences, or any other relevant field
    • 28 years above 
    • Minimum 5 years NGO experience
