We are seeking a Senior Drilling Engineer to join our team. 

Job Description:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex drilling programs, ensuring compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise and review well engineering deliverables including casing designs, wellbore stability, hydraulics, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including geologists, mud engineers, and service providers to ensure efficient drilling operationsOptimize drilling performance through technical innovation, real-time data analysis, and post-well evaluations.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers while overseeing contractor performance and service quality.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in drilling engineering, with a proven track record in onshore/offshore drilling operations; BSc in Petroleum, Mechanical, or related Engineering field required.

Job Description:

• Assist in the development and execution of well designs and drilling programs for onshore and/or offshore operations.
• Monitor and analyze drilling performance data to enhance well delivery, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare AFE, time and cost estimates, and liaise with service contractors for materials and equipment.
• Support operations with real-time engineering decisions and ensure accurate documentation of drilling activities.
• Work collaboratively with geosciences, completions, and HSE teams to align technical objectives.
• BSc in Engineering with over 5+ experience in well engineering and drilling operations; IWCF certification preferred.
