    Operation Manager

    Annual Net Remuneration: N2.4M - N3M

    Our client, a fashion house, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within a fashion design and garment production environment. The role involves coordinating teams, optimizing resources, managing processes, and supporting business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and optimize operational and production processes
    • ⁠Coordinate departments, systems, and workflows
    • ⁠Manage teams and drive productivity
    • ⁠Support finance, HR, payroll, and administrative operations
    • ⁠Work closely with designers, production teams, and tailors

    Person Specification:

    • BSc in Business Administration, Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related field (PGD is an advantage)
    • ⁠Minimum 4 years’ experience in operations/management within the fashion, garment, textile, or apparel industry
    • ⁠Strong understanding of fashion production and garment workflows
    • ⁠Finance and commercial awareness

    HR Operations & Compliance Executive

    Salary: 350,000 – 400,000 Net

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations & Compliance Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, manage employee relations, and strengthen onboarding and workplace culture.

    The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance management, and employee lifecycle support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes to ensure smooth employee integration.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
    • Track employee attendance, punctuality, leave records, and HR task execution.
    • Provide day-to-day HR operational support and guidance to employees and line managers.
    • Support payroll processing, leave administration, and HR data reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Assist in drafting, implementing, reviewing, and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
    • Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal company policies.
    • Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee relations matters, grievances, and workplace issues.
    • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, onboarding experience, training sessions, and internal HR communications.
    • Prepare HR operational and compliance reports and support internal audits as required.
    • Liaise with Finance, vendors, and service providers to ensure effective HR service delivery.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, compliance, or employee relations.
    • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
