1. Perform preventive or break down maintenance and repair in a safe, manner in line with Evans TPM standard procedures.
2. Perform basic inspections required on machine routinely
3. Install and /or replaces new or reconditioned repair part.
4. Perform basic trouble shooting on mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic system.
5. Keeping up to date inventing of mechanical spare.
6. Cleaning and lubricating gears, shaft, bearings and other machinery part and documenting all operations.
7. Assisting in overall improvement programme of all company.
8. Regulating downtime by enlightening production staff on standard preventive maintenance methods and monitoring thein compliance.
9. Any other job deemed fit by management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of Trade Test 1,2,3
2. Must have mechanical techinical skills
3. Must have knowledge of soap machines like Stamper, plodder, mixer, over-wrapper machines, etc
4. Must have good communication skills

1. Provide effective First-Aid for employees, and refer serious cases to the hospital, including routine medical examination.
2. Study and monitor the work environment and advise on proper sanitary standards, the health status and needs of employees
3. Give counselling and general health education to employees and manage the site clinic
4. Organize and coordinate the First-Aiders programme together with effective utilization of the First-Aid Boxes
5. To implement and comply with relevant health/environment requirements under the ISO policy
6. Direct supervision of premises housekeeping, canteen and other welfare facilities

Qualifications:

1. A registered Nurse/Midwife
2. Good knowledge of S/H/E standards and procedures
3. 5yrs practical experience in Occupational Health in an industrial setting
4. Training and/or Certification in Workplace Safety will be an added advantage
