    Marketer

    Role Overview:

    A water production factory is looking to employ a Marketer to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships with distributors, and implementing marketing strategies to increase revenue. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and engage new distributors.
    • Develop a clear onboarding process for distributors and capture relevant kyc information.
    • Meet set targets of onboarding distributors weekly while ensuring each person carries atleast 500 bags of water weekly.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.
    • Promote and increase sales of packaged water products.
    • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.
    • Develop and implement local marketing strategies that will increase leads and drive revenue.
    • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the Business Manager.
    • Handle customer feedback and resolve inquiries.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND/NCE in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
    • Familiarity with local markets and distribution channels.
    • Proximity to Akpajo or environs is required

    Corporate Sales Executive

    Role Overview:

    The Corporate Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.     A water production factory is looking to employ a Machine Operator to operate the water packaging machines for efficient production of packaged water.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate and monitor water packaging machines to ensure efficient production.
    • Set up machines before production and perform routine maintenance.
    • Inspect and ensure the quality of packaged water meets company standards.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to prevent downtime.
    • Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of SSCE/OND or relevant technical certification.
