    Front Desk Officer

    ABC Logistics is one of Nigeria\'s big players in the logistics industry. With a good structure and pleasant working environment our staffs are dedicated and happy doing their jobs. We seek to engage the service of a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our Logistics service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area , attending to customer\'s ,assessing waybill and  contracting waybill.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome customers in a warm,  courteous , and professional manner.
    • 100% inspections of items (Documents & parcels) to be contracted on waybill. 
    • Properly identify, classify, mark, label, and document shipments.
    • Ascertain and advise the customer on the appropriate packaging required for parcels.
    • Correct price allocation of waybill types
    • Booking of waybills on cargo software .
    • Confirm the arrival of shipment from the system .

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in a logistics Front Desk role.
    • Applicant must reside within Lagos (Yaba, Amuwo & within).
    • Applicant must reside within Abuja (Utako and within its environment).
    • High attention to details and organizational skill.
    • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
    • OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline 
    • MUST have completed NYSC programme.

    Executive Seceretary

    Job Summary

    We seek an experience and skilled Executive Secretary to provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organization skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage schedules appointments, calendar and coordinate travel arrangement.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence , reports, and presentations.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Coordinate meetings , events , and conferences including preparing agendas and minutes.
    • Take minutes during management meeting and other high -level meetings.

    Requirements:

    Hub Dispatch Officer

    ABC Logistics is one of Nigeria\'s big players in the logistics industry. With a good structure and pleasant working environment our staffs are dedicated and happy doing their jobs. We seek to engage the service of a  professional Hub Dispatch Officer . The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving items into the warehouse, updating of waybill shipment received into the warehouse, allotting of waybills to shipment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receiving goods into the warehouse and documenting them accordingly.
    • Ensuring effective arrangement/shelving/stacking/palletizing of goods in the warehouse in an orderly and professional manner. 
    • Updating of arrival waybill digitally on the Cargo software for transshipment.
    • Ensuring the security of goods in the warehouse.
    • Allotting of waybills to shipment.
    •  Coordinate and supervise porter in loading and offloading process.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience working in a logistics as Hub dispatch officer or Warehouse officer.
    • Applicant must reside within Lagos (Yaba, Amuwo & within).
    • High attention to details and organizational skill.
    • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

    Academic Requirement:

    • OND/HND/BSC in any discipline.
    • Must have completed NYSC programme
