    Office Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
    • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance where necessary
    • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events
    • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping systems are maintained
    • Handle facility management issues and liaise with service providers
    • Monitor office budgets and track expenses
    • Support HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and staff welfare coordination
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

    Requirements

    • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
    • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • High level of professionalism and attention to detail

    Automotive Sales Manager

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Promote and sell the company’s range of vehicles to individual and corporate clients.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Actively prospect for new clients through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and networking.
    • Conduct product presentations, test drives, and vehicle demonstrations for potential customers.
    • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and sales contracts.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
    • Coordinate with the marketing and after-sales teams to ensure smooth customer service and follow-ups.
    • Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain proper records.

    Required Experience & Skills:

    • Minimum 3 years of sales experience for sales Manager and minimum of 7 years experience for Team Lead with a documented record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in automotive or related high-value sectors.
    • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Strong closer with proven ability to negotiate and finalize substantial deals.
    • Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
    • Valid driver’s license; proficient in Microsoft Office and basic tools.
