Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate friendly and cooperative attitude and maintain high level of customer care.
• Operate office machines like personal computers, facsimiles machines and voice mail system.
• Regularly adhere to business procedures and guideline.
• Handle time sensitive Materials like urgent and confidential packages.
• Restock supply closet with printing ink, pen, paper, clips, staplers, folders, files and correction fluid.
• Maintain existing filing system and assist in sorting, filing paper work in designated files.
• Manage and maintain record pertaining to office expenses and also perform basic book keeping duties.
• Assist to copy, collect and distribute office paperwork as at when requested.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND or HND qualification with 1-2 years work experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring sales and identify any losses or stock wastage
• Working with suppliers and distributors to negotiate prices and order large volumes
• Collaborate with executives, marketers, and sales people to set prices that are good for market and profit
• Getting to know the customer base and understanding their motivational and sales drivers
• Reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand
• Briefing staff on stock display and rotation to ensure every space is optimized
• Making predictions based on sales data, customer feedback, and market trends
• Assessing the effectiveness of different product displays and store layouts on sales figures
• Reviewing competitors, including pricing, profit, marketing, and other progress.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO or OND with 0-1 year experience.
