    Office Administrator

    Requirements

    • Degree: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • Experience: Typically requires 3 years of proven experience in office administration, human resources, or financial management.
    • Financial Literacy: Ability to manage budgets, process payroll, and oversee bookkeeping tasks.
    • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Church  Management Software (ChMS) (e.g., Planning Center, Church Community Builder) and standard office productivity suites, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
    • Organization: Capability to maintain schedules, official records, and facility calendars.
    • Confidentiality: Must be highly trustworthy, as they often handle sensitive pastoral, HR, and financial data.
    • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, volunteers, and the wider congregation.
    • Alignment with Faith: Often required to be a participating, active member of the church who aligns with its doctrinal and moral standards.

    Facility Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Building Systems: Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and telecommunications infrastructure.
    • Health & Safety Compliance: Knowledge of local safety regulations, fire codes, and emergency evacuation protocols.
    • Vendor Management: Ability to negotiate with and manage third-party contractors (cleaning, security, and repairs).
    • Management & Delegation: Skills to supervise technicians, janitorial staff, and security personnel.
    • Organization & Multitasking: Capable of prioritizing multiple maintenance requests and projects simultaneously.
    • Financial Acumen: Basic accounting for utility monitoring, cost optimization, and budget management.
    • Problem-Solving: Proactive troubleshooting for day-to-day infrastructural issues.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management is often required.
    • Certifications: Advanced certifications like the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) from IFMA or the Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) are highly valued for career advancement.

    Executive Assistant

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
    • 2 - 5 years of proven experience in sales, client relations, or business development.
    • A self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset capable of working independently and performing under pressure.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and excellent communication skill
    • Minimum of 5 years of work experience
    • Preference: Male

    Working Schedule:

    • Mondays - Fridays, work hours: 8 am-6 pm, and work on some weekends.
