Job Description:

• Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
• Support HR administration by assisting employees with inquiries, processing enrollments, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Proper documentation of employee records.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely completion of paperwork, orientation sessions, and effective integration into the company culture.

Job Requirements

• Must be enrolled in the NYSC Program.
• Must be posted to Lagos State.
• Must have a degree or certification in Human Resources or a related course
