    Mobile Business Executives

    Position Overview:

    • As a Mobile Business Executive (MBE), you will play a pivotal role in representing our company within retail stores and promoting our products and services to customers.
    • The primary objective of this role is to drive sales and revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    Requirements

    • Ability to sell the products / services of the company to meet sales targets.
    • Ability to Identify market opportunities and expand the companys presence.
    • Ability to keep an accurate record of sales of activities and submit it to your channel supervisor on the set agreed dates and times for submission.
    • Serve as the face of our company in retail stores, ensuring a professional and engaging presence.
    • Utilize your excellent sales conversion skills to promote and sell our products and services.
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our offerings and their benefits to potential customers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Utilize your excellent communication skills to convey our value propositions effectively.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum qualification of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) with a focus on sales experience.
    • Proven experience in sales and customer service is a definite advantage.
    • Proficiency with Android devices and technology.
    • Exceptional sales conversion skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Sales acumen: Ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

    Cluster Supervisor

    • Our client in the Mobile Device Industry and has a good Retail footprint across several retail stores, where quality phones and accessories are sold seeks the services of Mobile Business Executive to drive instore sales.

    Position Overview:

    • As a Cluster Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the supervision of the MBES sales activities within a cluster.
    • Your expected outcome is to increase the performance of the MBEs in both volume and value sales.

    Requirements

    • Possess good facilitation skills with monitoring and supervision verifiable experience.
    • Pays attention to detail and follows instructions to achieve set goals and targets.
    • Able to meet targets and deadlines while working under stressful conditions.
    • Demonstrate self-control, safeguarding, data protection ethics and integrity.
    • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Proficient in English Language
    • Ability to speak the local language in state of residence would be an added advantage.
    • To increase the performance of the MBEs in both volume and value sales.
    • Ability to Identify market opportunities and expand the companys presence

    Requirements

    • Cluster Sales Supervisors - Minimum qualification is OND 
    • Minimum 1 year sales and management experience
    • Excellent in teams management
    • An android device compatible with our relay technology is compulsory.
    • Excellent knowledge of computer software programs, MS Office packages (highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel).
