Job Description
The successful candidate will:

• Have primary responsibility to drive the legal practice and lead practice growth initiatives towards increasing the Firm’s growth dynamics
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in corporate, commercial and property law.
• The strategies and policies, process workflow and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Research, analyse and monitor opportunities, competitions and trends.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must possess a First Degree or equivalent in Law from a reputable University
• A Master's Degree in Law and or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
• Must have 3-5 years post qualification experience in legal practice or in-house Legal Counsel.
• Must have a verifiable track record in property, corporate and commercial law practice.

Skills:

• Excellent writing skills
• Sound technical legal knowledge and experience across courts - mainly high courts and others
• Ability to attend to both commercial law and litigation issues respectively
• Clients and case management experience and skills
• Strong ICT skills
• Team player with strong inter-personal skills.

Salary

• N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Node.js and other backend programming languages.
• Conducting penetration testing, simulating an attack on the system to find exploitable weaknesses.
• Developing and implementing security framework, policies, processes/procedures and guidelines.
• Maintaining security subject-matter expertise and keep abreast of best practices & trends.
• Design, develop and implement APIs using Node.js, and integrate with third-party APIs as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Ensure the software meets project requirements, specifications, and industry standards.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, including software design documents, API documentation, and release notes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience PHP and MySql
• Must have worked on customized web application for international clients using PHP.
• Knowledge of developing and maintaining Node.js, jQuery, joomla, PHP, applications and other backend programming languages.
