    Medical Sales Representative

    Description

    • We are seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented Medical Sales Representatives (MSR) to drive sales and market expansion inLagos.
    • The MSR will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring strong product adoption and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, pharmacies, and medical institutions.
    • Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions for healthcare professionals.
    • Effectively plan and execute territory coverage to maximize outreach.
    • Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and sales records.
    • Adhere to ethical sales practices and comply with company policies, industry regulations, and medical sales best practices.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical marketing is an advantage (entry-level candidates with strong sales potential will be considered).

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
    • Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
    • Familiarity with the territories and existing relationships with healthcare professionals will be an advantage.

    Area Sales Manager (ASM)

    Summary

    • Pharma Ethics Ltd. is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across the East and West regions.
    • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise, support, and mentor Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs) within the assigned region
    • Implement and execute territory business plans that align with overall sales objectives

    Admin & Importation Officer

    Summary

    • The Admin & Importation Officer supports office administration while coordinating the importation of pharmaceutical products. The role ensures timely shipment, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance (including NAFDAC), and efficient office operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Importation & Compliance:

    • Coordinate import documentation from order placement to warehouse receipt
    • Liaise with overseas suppliers, banks, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
    • Work with the Pharmacist to ensure all documents required for NAFDAC clearance are complete
    • Track shipments, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure compliance with import regulations
    • Process foreign payments and reconcile supplier invoices
    • Maintain proper import records for audit and regulatory review.

    Administrative Support:

    • Maintain accurate company databases and filing systems
    • Coordinate office vendors, supplies, and service providers
    • Manage company vehicles (maintenance, repairs, usage logs)
    • Support training programs and internal office events
    • Prepare staff ID cards and manage expatriate records.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
    • 2–3 years’ experience in administration and/or importation
    • Knowledge of importation processes; NAFDAC exposure is an advantage
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
