• The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including ultrasounds, x-rays and other medical imaging examinations.
• The role involves ensuring accurate and high-quality imaging for diagnosis, maintaining patient safety and comfort, and supporting physicians in clinical decision-making

What to expect

• Perform and interpret high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures including ultrasounds, X-rays, and specialized radiographic studies.
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and appropriate selection of imaging techniques for diagnostic accuracy.
• Operate and maintain sonography and radiology equipment in compliance with safety standards.
• Adhere to radiation protection protocols for patients, staff, and self.
• Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of imaging equipment.
• Participate in quality control, audits, and continuous professional development activities.

Essential education, experience and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiography
• Current practicing license with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
• Certification or formal training in Ultrasound/Sonography is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3–4 years relevant experience in a diagnostic or hospital setting.
• Proficiency in both radiographic imaging and ultrasound techniques.
