    Medical Officer

    • Procare Hospital Ltd is seeking a qualified and dedicated Medical Officer to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will provide safe, effective medical care to patients while supporting clinical operations across various units of the hospital.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in line with hospital protocols
    • Clerking, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients
    • Participate in ward rounds, on-call duties, and emergency care
    • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
    • Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
    • Adhere strictly to clinical governance, safety, and quality standards

    Requirements:

    • MBBS 
    • Full MDCN registration
    • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
    • Valid practicing license
    • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

    Pediatrician

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive medical care for newborns, neonates, infants, and children across outpatient, inpatient, and emergency services
    • Participate in routine neonatal care as part of paediatric clinical duties
    • Conduct patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management
    • Monitor growth, development, and overall child health outcomes
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated care
    • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records
    • Comply with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements
    • Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

    Professional Requirements

    • MBBS or equivalent medical degree
    • Fellowship in Paediatrics (FMCPaed, FWACP, or equivalent)
    • Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
    • Valid annual practicing licence
    • Demonstrated interest in neonatal and newborn care
    • Post-fellowship clinical experience will be an added advantage
    • Strong clinical judgment, decision making, and patient management skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
    • High standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient-centred care
