    Marketing / Sales Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are recruiting for a Marketing/Sales Officer for our client in the polymer/plastic industry in Port Harcourt.
    • This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional with hands-on experience in polymer sales, industrial marketing, or B2B commercial roles. Preferred candidate must have experience in at least one of the aforementioned areas.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage customer accounts and ensure seamless delivery and after-sales support
    • Drive new business development across sectors like packaging, blow molding, and injection molding
    • Conduct market visits and gather intelligence on trends, customer needs, and competition
    • Support demand planning, product promotions, and customer events
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, logistics, and supply chain teams

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Admin, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields
    • 2–4 years’ relevant experience
    • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
    • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
    • Must be self-driven and open to frequent travel
    • Familiarity with the packaging or plastics manufacturing sector is a strong advantage.

    Role Overview
