    Marketing & Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities
    Operations & Business Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth coordination across production, inventory, logistics, customer fulfilment, and vendor management.
    • Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, tailors, logistics partners, and other vendors to ensure quality production and timely delivery.
    • Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, fulfilment timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics.
    • Develop and improve operational systems, workflows, and processes that support efficient business growth.
    • Manage operational timelines for product launches, campaigns, collaborations, events, pop-ups, and collection releases.
    • Ensure seamless coordination between creative, production, customer service, and marketing activities.

    Marketing & Brand Operations:

    • Support and coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
    • Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure consistency in brand storytelling, visual identity, and communication across all platforms.
    • Contribute ideas and strategies for growing brand awareness, audience engagement, customer retention, and community building.
    • Support ecommerce and sales growth initiatives through promotions, campaign coordination, and customer engagement strategies.
    • Monitor marketing performance, customer behaviour, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness to support data-informed decision-making.

    Growth & Customer Experience:

    • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, retention, loyalty, and overall brand perception.
    • Help build systems that support sustainable growth while maintaining the brand’s creative identity and customer experience.
    • Stay informed on fashion, streetwear, culture, digital marketing, and consumer trends relevant to the 3ybal audience.
    • Analyse operational, marketing, and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in operations, brand management, marketing, ecommerce, fashion operations, or related roles.
    • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Understanding of fashion business operations including production coordination, inventory management, fulfilment, logistics, and vendor management.
    • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, content execution, social media coordination, influencer management, or brand growth initiatives.
    • A strong eye for fashion, aesthetics, branding, and cultural storytelling.
    • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and creative environment.

    Programs Manager

    Job Summary 

    • We are seeking a highly organised, strategic, and execution-driven Programs Manager who is passionate about innovation, ecosystem development, and operational excellence.
    • The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, coordinating, and scaling impactful programs and consulting projects while supporting business growth through project sourcing and proposal development.

    Key Responsibilities
    Program & Project Design:

    • Lead the design and development of innovation programs, projects, and ecosystem initiatives aligned with organisational and client objectives.
    • Develop program concepts, frameworks, implementation plans, and supporting materials (proposals, concept notes, presentations, and documentation) for partners, funders, and clients.
    • Identify opportunities for new programs, partnerships, and ecosystem initiatives that align with Consonance’s mission and consulting focus.

    Program Execution & Operations:

    • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of programs including innovation challenges, founder support initiatives, hackathons, workshops, ecosystem events, and community engagement activities.
    • Manage program operations end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution and a high-quality experience for participants, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Coordinate stakeholders across projects and ensure alignment between teams, facilitators, partners, and participants.
    • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

    Business Development:

    • Research and identify relevant grant opportunities, consulting projects, partnerships, and funding opportunities aligned with the organisation’s focus areas.
    • Support the preparation and submission of applications, proposals, and partnership documents on behalf of Consonance.
    • Track application pipelines, deadlines, and partnership opportunities to support organisational growth.

    Community & Ecosystem Engagement:

    • Help drive engagement within the Consonance community through thoughtful initiatives and consistent communication.
    • Stay informed on trends within Africa’s technology, innovation, startup, development, and creator ecosystems to help shape relevant and forward-thinking initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational eficiency, program delivery, and community impact.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in program management, consulting, operations, community management, partnerships, business development, or related roles.
    • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Experience developing proposals, applications, concept notes, or project documentation is a strong advantage.
    • Excellent communication, writing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong atention to detail and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
    • Passion for innovation, startups, technology, ecosystem development, and impact-driven work across Africa.
