    Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
    • Sell the organization’s real estate products using strong sales techniques and market knowledge.
    • Present offerings professionally and close deals with potential clients, including HNWIs, investors, and corporate clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product positioning and client experience.
    • Expand the organization’s customer base by identifying and engaging new buying clients.
    • Represent the organization at marketing events.
    • Ensure timely and appropriate delivery of contracts, documentation, and follow-up communication with clients.
    • Report to the office two to three times during weekdays as required.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing or sales; senior-level candidates must have appropriate certifications.
    • Proven track record of closing high-value property sales.
    • Strong network of HNWIs, property investors.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
    • Creative mindset with strong attention to aesthetics and detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team.

    Operations Manager

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all office and site operations, fleet management, compliance, and logistics. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse teams and resources across multiple sites.

    Key Responsibilities
    Operations Oversight:

    • Manage and coordinate all office/site operations including fleet, equipment, tools, materials, and devices.
    • Supervise artisans, machine operators, horse caregiver, and other support staff.
    • Conduct weekly site visits to monitor attendance, compliance with company policies, and proper use of PPEs.
    • Submit weekly To-Do lists and discharged duties to the Executive Director and Corporate Affairs Team Lead.

    Attendance & Staff Management:

    • Ensure proper attendance collation and review daily (on or before 10:00am) for all site technicians, machine operators, and security personnel.
    • Engage, supervise, and coordinate security companies and personnel, ensuring effective performance.
    • Monitor staff lodge records and ensure compliance with lodge rules and policies.

    Fleet & Equipment Management:

    • Conduct regular checks on company vehicles for repairs, maintenance, and registration of particulars.
    • Ensure branding of vehicles and machinery with company logo.
    • Manage office equipment and stationaries, ensuring timely repairs and replacements.
    • Maintain inventory of office supplies, fleets, and equipment, with monthly updates submitted to management.

    Security & Compliance:

    • Ensure all sites are registered with Lagos State Safety Commission and LAWMA, with proper documentation filed and updated.
    • Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance across all sites.
    • Ensure security personnel are properly dressed and adhere to company rules.

    Procurement & Logistics:

    • Oversee procurement and distribution of PPEs, maintaining proper issuance records.
    • Ensure vehicles are available for staff official outings, client visits, and site inspections.
    • Handle logistics payment requisitions, following up with Accounts until completion.
    • Manage delivery of official documents via logistics personnel or courier services.

    Utilities & IT Support:

    • Attend to monthly utility bills (electricity, diesel, LAWMA, water supply, internet, etc.) for all sites and the MD’s residence.
    • Coordinate IT issues with internal and external consultants.
    • Ensure proper servicing and management of printers, desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.

    ISO & Documentation:

    • Attend to ISO requirements and procedures for the Operations unit.
    • Prepare and review documents monthly for process changes, submitting to the team lead for approval.
    • Ensure all site safety and environmental documents are properly filed and documented.

    Other Duties:

    • Handle complaints from vendors and subcontractors regarding logistics and operations.
    • Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, retreats, and board sessions.
    • Undertake any other function as may be applicable from time to time

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in construction, facilities, or industrial environments.
    • Strong knowledge of fleet management, compliance regulations, and health & safety standards.
    • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage diverse teams across multiple sites.
