Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketerto actively seek out and engage customer prospects in their assigned territory.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Business to Business (B2B) End-user Customer Acquisition, Management, and Retention (eg. Hotels, Bakeries, Confectionaries, Restaurants, Schools, Hospitals, Event Centers, Supermarkets, Corporate Organisations)
• Register and update client information in the company Registration Form
• Generate sales reports each week and submit them to online platform.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Proven work experience as a marketer
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  Experience using mobile tools or CRM systems is an added advantage.
• Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a
• related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimizefeed formulations for broilers, layers,breedersand fish.
• Analyse and Formulate diets and rations to maximise growth, eggproductivityand livestock healthperformance.
• Expand existing ranges of animalfeedproducts and develop new ones
• Analyze FCR, ADWG, egg production trends, and flock uniformityfornecessary adjustments
• Rationalise animal feed manufacturing techniques for maximum profit per bag
• Ensure all productionsmeet company’s Quality, Standards and KPIsat all times
• Implement good housekeeping and biosecurity measures in thefeed milland warehouse.
• Ensure Proactive maintenance of thefeed millmachinery and feed production systems
• Verify inventory accuracy andmaintainfeed quality documentation.
• Maintain proper documentation of formulations and research results
• Coach and Train Staff onnutritionformulation, milling andaccuratemeasurements
• Provide daily,weeklyand monthly reports to Management Office.

Requirements
