    Manager: Stock Control

    Job Function

    • Responsible for managing the inventory of spare parts and fuel, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adequate supply levels. This role involves overseeing inventory levels, ordering supplies, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with various departments to meet operational needs. The role will report directly to the Asset & Inventory Manager and play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s logistical and operational functions.

    Key Performance Areas:

    Inventory Management:

    • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and prevent stockout or overstock.
    • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records promptly.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts and fuel.

    Ordering and Replenishment:

    • Order Spare parts and fuel based on inventory levels, usage patterns, and forecasted demand.
    • Communicate inventory status, issues, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
    • Ensure the inventory control policies and procedures are followed 100%.

    Record Keeping:

    • Maintain detailed records of spare parts and fuel inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
    • Utilize inventory management software to track and update inventory data.

    Coordination and Communication:

    • Collaborate with workshop, operations, and procurement departments to understand inventory needs and priorities.
    • Communicate inventory status, issues, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
    • Ensure the inventory control policies and procedures are followed 100%.

    Quality Control:

    • Ensure incoming spare parts and fuel are inspected for quantity, quality and compliance with specifications.
    • Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage and deterioration.
    • Ensure quality control standards and practices are adhered to.

    Efficiency and Optimization:

    • Identify opportunities to optimize inventory processes and reduce costs.
    • Ensure best practices for inventory management and control are adhered to.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory efficiency.

    Safety and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding the handling and storage of spare parts and fuel.
    • Ensured clean, organized, and safe inventory storage areas are maintained for both fuel and spare parts.
    • Conduct regular on-site safety inspections and address any identified hazards.

    Qualifications Required:

    • Graduate Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any other related courses.

    Experience and Skills Required:

    • Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
    • Inventory management experience.
    • Inventory planning and forecasting.
    • Customer relationship management.

    Manager: Key Account (Jnr)

    Job Function

    • To support in the management of corporate branding and various marketing services for the visibility of the company’s services, awareness and all other initiatives that will improve the corporate standing of the organization with all its stakeholders. To maintain client-business relationships, provide service enlightenment, profile existing clients, manage key accounts and customer experience, and maximize sales opportunities with the aim of increasing profitability for the Business Unit.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Expansion of current client’s footprint in warehouses across the country to meet BU FY utilisation and revenue targets.
    • Conducting, negotiating, and implementing rate escalations to grow BU revenue to meet desired targets.
    • Supports the BU finance team, when required, to improve the Accounts Receivable position employing required tactics with clients.
    • Support in ensuring growth in utilisation of MDS assets
    • Collaboration with other departments to determine the most efficient and cost-effective rate to deliver on BU profitability targets.
    • Revision of client billing methodology, applicable rates and implementation of revised methodologies and rates to deliver on BU profitability targets.
    • Identification and management of commercial risks pre, during and post service engagement prior to contract execution
    • Supports the identification and update of client related commercial risks for the BU.
    • Farming out new business with current clients to grow BU revenue.
    • Contributing to the development of logistics solutions to meet clients’ evolving needs.
    • Conducting contract negotiations with current clients during upselling engagements.
    • Conducting, implementing, and updating account planning activities.
    • Supporting in the formulation and implementation of client retention strategies.
    • Building, maintaining, and sustaining sound professional relationships with Key Accounts.
    • Resolution of clients’ issues and complaints to enhance customer experience and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Conducting/Participating in business reviews with Key Accounts
    • Conducting engagements with clients on required frequencies (physical & virtual).
    • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys; analysing and identifying continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BU performance.
    • Support in implementing the BU Marketing & Comms activities.
    • Support in the implementation of all corporate communication activities.
    • Work with BU CRM-Marketing Manager to review and align on comms for company website, social media platforms and BU communications to feature in the Group bulletin.
    • Supports the development and execution of the BU Marketing strategy.
    • Support with the management of BU Marketing budget
    • Supports in driving BU branding initiatives and implements across facilities and assets nationwide.
    • Attending conferences, seminars, workshops, and industry / professional functions for networking, enhancing business and market intelligence, gathering industry intelligence and to promote the brand.
    • Planning and organisation of corporate events
    • Support in the Initiation and coordination of all BU Corporate Social Initiatives.
    • Work with the CRM- Marketing Manager to implement the initiatives planned for the FY.
    • Support the implementation of the SSA Sustainability strategy in the BU.
    • Support in the management of BU Corporate Social Initiatives budget

    Qualifications Required:

    • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or any management course.

    Experience and Skills Required:

    • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience
    • Marketing
    • Relationship management (Clients and Vendors)
    • Business development.
    • Supply Chain Management
