Job Summary

• We are currently partnering with a leading name in the engineering services, oil & gas, construction, and infrastructure space to find a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team in Lagos.
• The ideal CFO will drive financial excellence, lead strategic growth initiatives, and build sustainable value across complex, capital-intensive projects.

Responsibilities

• Driving financial strategy, capital structuring, and business growth.
• Leading treasury, audit, and reporting functions with precision.
• Partnering with business units to enhance profitability and performance.
• Managing relationships with banks, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Championing corporate governance and financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of finance experience (7+ in a senior leadership or CFO role)
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA qualified
• Proven expertise in corporate finance, project funding, and risk management
• Experience within engineering, oil & gas, or infrastructure environments.
