    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will be in charge of overseeing activities in the company and ensure team members are performing effectively.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations of the company
    • Design strategy and set goals for growth
    • Attend meetings and scheduling appropriate staff team building sessions.
    • Ensure budget and resources are well allocated.
    • Develop strategies and tactics to advertise our company
    • Build good business relationship between the company and its clients
    • Identify the needs of our clients and provide solutions
    • Supply clients with necessary information about our services
    • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
    • Recommend ways to improve company brand
    • Stay updated on current recruiting procedures
    • Assist with the recruitment activities
    • Create and update all client’s records
    • Implement actions that improve the team members
    • Promote our brand and its services at trade shows and major industry-related events.
    • Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
    • A Master's Degree in Human Resource Management
    • At least 5 years proven experience as manager in related field
    • Knowledge of recruitment and marketing is very necessary
    • Proficient in Microsoft suite
    • Ability to work independently and reliably
    • Great networking abilities
    • Strong communication and time management skills
    • Ability to work on different projects simultaneously
    • Good attention to details.

    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will manage our marketing team oversee the creation of marketing materials, contents and improve our business sales.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
    • Generating new business leads.
    • Coordinating marketing strategies
    • Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
    • Promote all services of the company to clients.
    • Create and update all client’s records
    • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
    • Managing the marketing department's staff.
    • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to management.
    • Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
    • Stay updated with marketing strategies and trends.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field
    • At least 6 years experience as a marketing manager.
    • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
    • Good attention to details
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
