Role Description

• This is a full-time role located in Lagos.
• As a Head Office Operations (Payments, Settlement, Account Management) professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations related to payments, settlement, and account management.
• Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and supervising payment processing activities, ensuring accurate and timely settlement of transactions, and managing customer accounts. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, specifically in the areas of payments, settlement, and account management
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, payment systems, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using banking software and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Professional certifications in banking or related areas are a plus
