About the Role

• BURN is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor ( Electrical ) who will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various systems, equipment, and machinery on the factory floor.
• They will play a crucial role in ensuring that equipment and facilities are operating efficiently and effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Have knowledge of DOL, star-delta starters, programmable logic control, relays, PNP / NPN sensors, and rotary encoders.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including wiring issues, control systems, lighting systems and power supply problems using appropriate testing devices
• Assist with the installation of new electrical equipment and systems, ensuring correct wiring and connection according to electrical codes and standards
• Program and calibrate electrical control systems to optimize machine performance.
• Conduct safety inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with electrical codes and company safety policies.
• Identify electrical hazards and take corrective actions to prevent accidents.
• Keep accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, including repairs made, parts used, and work hours.
• Prepare detailed reports on electrical system performance and necessary upgrades or repairs.
• Work closely with other maintenance staff, production teams, and engineering to ensure the availability and reliability of electrical systems.
• Prepare and interpret technical diagrams.
• Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
• Work with MRO stores to procure and maintain electrical spares
• Working as a team member or alone to complete projects.
• Making decisions based on technical documents.
• Performing electrical quality testing and inspections.
• Should be able to work on a shift basis
• Any other job as may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Eng or HND in Electrical. 
• 5+ years of experience in the repair and maintenance of electrical machines in a manufacturing environment. 
• Experience with maintenance and set-up of mechanical and hydraulic presses. 
• Knowledge of maintenance and set-up of laser cutting machines. 
• Knowledge of electrical work is an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic creative thinking & rationale to key project creative directions/key visuals development, based on brief objectives.
• Design compelling graphics for a variety of platforms, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Edit and produce motion graphics and videos that enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually impactful campaigns.
• Work autonomously to manage multiple design and motion projects simultaneously.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all deliverables while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest design and motion trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics, preferably in an agency setting.
• Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static designs and motion graphics/video editing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent design and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. E - Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
