Job Summary

• Execution of all emergency and planned lubrication activities in the plant

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Carrying out sectional lubrication activities according to lubrication routes
• Ensuring and adhering to scheduled lubrication activities
• Logging of all lubricant quantities used in the log book
• Giving update of quantities of lubricants used and available
• Inspection of plant equipment during lubrication process
• Ensuring house keeping at all lubrication points and the lubricants storage areas.
• Planning for lubricants to be used for shut down activities

Key Requirements
Education and Work Experience:

• WASC / GCE / SSCE +20 years experience
• Trade Test I, Trade Test II, Trade Test III + 8 years experience

Skills and Competencies:

• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of plant lubrication routes
• Good knowledge of lubricants and their applications

Job Summary

• Supervisor / HEMV Engineer
• Shall be responsible for vulcanization, repair, assembling and installation of all type heavy earth moving machineries (HEMM) tyres.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Repair and replacement of tyres on all type of heavy earth moving machineries (HEMM)
• Disassembling and assembly of tyres on all type of heavy earth moving machineries (HEMM)
• Monitor and ensure recommended air pressure is maintained in the tyres
• Comply with safety, health, environment and quality procedure
• Generate and maintain daily report of day to day activities
• Report all incident to the Supervisor or HEMV Engineer
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor or HEMV Engineer from time to time

Requirements
Education and Work Experience:

• Trade Test II + 5 years experience
• Trade Test I

Skills and Competencies:

• Good communication skill
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must be honest
• Must be a good team player
