    Logistics Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The Logistics Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient movement of raw materials, finished goods, and other supply chain activities.
    • The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and leadership skills, and experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
    • Coordinate transportation, delivery schedules, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely movement of stock to and from the warehouse.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of all logistics and warehouse transactions.
    • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective services.
    • Implement and maintain health and safety standards within logistics operations.
    • Lead a team of logistics and warehouse personnel, providing training and performance management.
    • Resolve any logistics issues, including delays, damages, and compliance challenges.
    • Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
    • Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/warehouse software systems.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Good knowledge of Ogun State routes and proximity to Ogijo is an added advantage.

    Warehouse Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities at our steel manufacturing plant in Ogijo.
    • The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations, proper inventory management, and adherence to safety protocols.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished steel products.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular stock reconciliation.
    • Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted safely and in compliance with company policies.
    • Monitor and enforce proper handling, packaging, and labelling procedures.
    • Schedule and manage warehouse staff shifts and assign tasks.
    • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
    • Implement and maintain 5S and other lean practices to improve efficiency.
    • Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, order, and equipment maintenance.
    • Generate and submit regular reports on inventory, staff performance, and warehouse activities.

    Requirements

    • OND / HND / BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
    • Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control systems, and safety regulations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
