    Logistics Officer

    Job Objective

    • The logistics is responsible for the total well being and maintenance of the vehicles as well as managing the drivers.

    Job Duties

    • Manage vehicles licensure and registration
    • Regular checking of vehicles to know if necessary item such as Fire extinguisher, Jack, C caution reflective stickers etc are available and replaced it when necessary.
    • Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles and calling appropriate technicians for vehicle repairs
    • Managing Budget for vehicle repair and replacement
    • Ensures all vehicle and drivers are up to traffic standard
    • Coordinate and monitor drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices
    • Assist in searching for, hiring and training new drivers
    • Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
    • Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency
    • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
    • Reduce the risk of vehicle overloading or other risk related with vehicles
    • Meeting regularly with the drivers to discuss company goals and plans as well as discussing the challenges of the drivers

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business administration, or Transportation; Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management, or in a related field
    • Work experience in logistic or supply chain management
    • Computer skills
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good organizational skills
    • Willingness and ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities that may require overtime or extended hours.

    Account Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Account Officer is to perform a variety of bookkeeping, accounting and financial tasks.
    • Responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, Keying in data into software, preparing and analyzing reports as well as reconciling of inventory.

    Job Details

    • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
    • Daily update and accurate collation of all financial transactions.
    • Inputting accurate data into the database.
    • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
    • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
    • Timely reconciliation of all accounts.
    • In charge of sales and purchasing records keeping.
    • Debt recovery and reconciliation.
    • Interaction with Customers on accounting matters.
    • Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
    • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
    • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on assigned business unit.
    • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
    • Daily reconciliation of the stock position.
    • Constant update of job knowledge.
    • Maintaining the confidential of all accounting data/information.
    • And any other duties assigned.

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Sc / HND Accounting or related field.
    • 2-3 years experience as an Accountant.
    • ACCA or ICAN Certification will be a plus.
    • Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
    • An ability to make quick but sound decisions.
    • Good ability to maintain accuracy when dealing with numbers.
    • Post-graduate/ professional qualification will be an added advantage.

    Customer Service / Administrative Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Customer service/Administrative Officer will be responsible for engaging clients, ensuring client satisfaction, ensure clients retention through relationship management, maintenance vendors as well as typing and proofreading various company documents.
    • The role will also be responsible for answering customers enquiries about the goods or services the organization provides and handle all customers’ complaints.

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Develop an in depth understanding of our products, services and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Assist customers in placing orders and tracking shipments
    • Text/Call customers on a regular basis to get their orders, assist in ensuring their request is attended to, their complaints address or escalate as the case may be.
    • Welcome visitors/client and Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
    • Follow up on customers in order to ensure they get what they want as regards to sales to ensure satisfaction
    • Ensure resolution to customers inquiries, grievances, request or escalate as the case may be to the appropriate department with professionalism and empathy
    • Follow up on customers that are non-performance in order to ensure continuous patronage
    • Follow up on customers after customer engagement and report feedback
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service.
    • Stay informed about company policies, procedures and product knowledge updates.
    • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures.
    • Call/text customers monthly/Festive periods
    • Keep records of customer interactions and transaction and give report daily.
    • Provide administrative support for HR executive.
    • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.

    Role Qualifications / Skill

    • Minimum academic qualification of a B.Sc or HND
    • 1- 2 years’ Experience in similar role.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
    • Display good phone etiquette and a thorough understanding of office management procedures.
    • Working knowledge of business management.
    • Good organizational and communication skills.
    • Good customer service skills.
