Job Description

• We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting the Logistics department.
• You will be working closely with our team to procure record and manage company facilities.
• To be successful as an intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor.
• You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current assignment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with payroll, PAYE, VAT and other taxes filing
• Manage the company vendors and procurement (Local and Foreign)
• Handle the company petty cash disbursement and filing
• Work with Logistics support for the management and maintenance of company facilities
• Attending Logistics training session.

Requirements

• OND in Business Administration or Accounting
• Eager to learn and work with the Logistics department
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Ability to Multitask
• Candidates must reside around Oworonshoki, Gbagada and Oshodi.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to negotiate
• Ability to read and write
• Ability to plan and work with schedule
• Mathematical appreciation.

Job Description

• To be successful as an intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor.
• You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current assignments.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all the company’s social media accounts
• Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics
• Maintain digital media archives including photos and videos
• Manage and update the company customer database
• Attending to customer Enquiries
• Work with Logistics support for the management and maintenance of company facilities
• Attending a commercial training session
• Carrying out other duties as directed by the unit head

Requirements

• OND in Mass Communication or other related Humanities course
• Eager to learn and work with the Commercial department
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Ability to Multitask
• Candidates must reside around Oworoshoki, Gbagada and Oshodi.
