    Logistic Manager

    JOB SUMMARY :

    • As a Logistic Manager, you're responsible for coordinating and optimizing the movement of goods or services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery, while managing staff, resources, and logistics to meet customer needs and company goals.

    Responsibility

    • Identify and resolve issues that arise during transportation or service delivery, such as traffic delays, equipment malfunctions, or customer complaints.
    • Responsible for defining, structuring, and maintaining the overall fleet performance strategy for operation, maintenance, procurement processes, and rider assignments of all company vehicles.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
    • Prepare and submit reports on dispatch operations, performance, and issues to managemen
    • Will be responsible for managing the fleet vehicles, including the vehicle lifecycle management process procurement, servicing, operation, maintenance and repair.
    • Monitor the status of deliveries, shipments, or services, and address any issues or delays that arise
    • Maintain appropriate records, files, and archives related to fleet operations, cost, vehicle inventories, and driver performance.
    • Make periodic visits to outlets to inspect vehicles/drivers, audit fleet inventories, conduct meetings and promote awareness and compliance with proper vehicle operation and maintenance procedures.
    • Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and making delivery plans.
    • track deliveries, and optimize routes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
    • Maintain and monitor the data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to dispatch operations, such as on-time delivery rates, customer satisfaction, and cost per delivery.
    • Streamline and monitor fuel purchase system with assistance of Fuel Cards for all vehicles and drivers.
    • Assist in accident reporting and investigation as directed

    Requirements.

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with at least 3 years of work experience
    • Relevant work experience in the transportation industry or fleet management.
    • Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during transportation or service delivery.
    • Ability to supervise and manage a team of dispatchers.
    • Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all aspects of dispatch operations.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
    • Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple tasks and resources efficiently.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

    Senior Internal Auditor

    JOB SUMARRY

    We are looking for an experienced senior internal auditor to join our company. In this role, your duties will include performing annual company audits, Inventory and cost control audits, financial and operational audits.

    • Leading the full audit cycle by checking tax compliance, verifying financial records, and inspecting accounts.
    • Analyzing the results of the audit and presenting possible solutions for ineffective financial practices to management.
    • Evaluating company accounting procedures, inventory, and tax statements to guide financial policymaking.
    • Conducting risk assessments to recommend aversion measures and cost savings.
    • Conduct stock audits and monitor inventory level to prevent losses and wastage.
    • Supervising junior auditing personnel and implementing their research work into the auditing process.
    • Preparing detailed audit reports highlighting risks, findings and recommendations
    • Researching applicable federal and state laws and regulations to ensure the company's books are compliant.

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
    • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification.
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in accounting or auditing.
    • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
    • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
    • Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of auditing software, such as CAMS and AuditBoard.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
    • Ability to work with large amounts of complex financial data.
    • Solid communication and leadership skills.

    Dispatch Rider

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • A Dispatch Rider's job involves delivering items and packages to various locations and customers in a timely manner, adhering to schedules and routes, and maintaining a safe driving record, while also potentially assisting with inventory and order verification

    Responsibilities:

    • Delivering packages, documents, and other items to designated locations.
    • Picking up items from designated locations.
    • Ensuring timely and safe delivery
    • Following assigned routes and schedules.
    • Maintaining awareness of traffic conditions and potential delays
    • Abiding by all transportation laws and regulations.
    • Maintaining a safe driving record.
    • Ensuring the vehicle is in good working order and safe for operation.

    Requirement:

    • Proven experience as a dispatch rider or relevant position.
    • Familiarity with relevant routes.
    • Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
    • Ability to communicate, read, and write.
    • Organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Have good numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.
    • Polite and able to get along with people.
