About the Role

• Pazino Homes & Gardens is seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and proactive Legal Counsel to support the company's real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling legal documentation, conducting due diligence on properties, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing legal guidance on real estate transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) and qualification to practice law in Nigeria.
• Minimum of 3–4 years' post-call experience, with in-depth knowledge of property, real estate, and commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian property law, land acquisition processes, and real estate regulations.
• Experience in title verification, perfection of title documents, and legal due diligence.
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence on properties and land transactions.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, deeds, and other legal documents.
• Verify land titles and ensure the authenticity of property documentation.
• Liaise with government agencies, regulatory authorities, and external legal practitioners.
• Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage land documentation, title perfection, and property registration processes.
• Provide legal advice on company transactions and operational matters.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with property acquisitions and sales.
• Maintain accurate records of legal documents and transactions.
• Represent the company in legal matters and dispute resolution processes where necessary.

• We’re looking for a commercially driven and Sociable Business Development Officer at Pazino Engineering and Construction Company Ltd to help grow our business by identifying, initiating, securing, and managing strategic partnerships across the real estate industry and beyond.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of business development or sales experience in a real estate company or related industry
• Proven track record of originating, negotiating, and closing sales, strategic partnerships and commercial deals
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian Real Estate Industry and Lagos at large.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, Sociable and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, commercially minded, and results-oriented
• Experience working with a Real Estate Firm or Sales Organization is a strong advantage
