Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Put in place a proper process to ensure that all HR activities are standardised.
- Ensure that the appropriate testing process is in place for recruitment across the organization for transparency

- Oversees the preparation of job descriptions, both newly created and those that require updating and revisions.
- Provides leadership and direction with respect to the company’s performance management system. Ensures performance appraisals are completed as required, in accordance with policy, and assists managers and supervisors in their preparation whenever required.
- Direct & control the Operations aspect of the HR function to ensure that it provides cost effective & timely services across the organization
- Ensure through advice & monitoring that HR policies are implemented consistently, & that the core values of the company with regard to people are upheld
