    Financial Control & Compliance Lead

    Location: Ota, Ogun State
    Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 Monthly + Performance Incentives

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Finance Control & Compliance Lead to oversee internal controls, compliance processes, financial risk prevention, and operational accountability across the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and improve internal control frameworks and compliance processes.
    • Monitor and enforce financial controls, approval processes, and segregation of duties.
    • Conduct transaction reviews, stock verification, and routine control testing across finance operations.
    • Identify financial risks, control gaps, and process weaknesses early and escalate appropriately.
    • Ensure compliance with VAT, PAYE, WHT, and other statutory obligations.
    • Maintain audit-ready documentation and coordinate internal and external audit processes.
    • Build accurate compliance and control reports for management visibility and decision-making.
    • Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to improve accountability and operational discipline.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • ICAN certification is mandatory.
    • Minimum of 4–8 years’ experience in Accounting, Audit, Internal Controls, or Compliance roles.
    • Strong experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, or transaction-heavy environments.
    • Strong knowledge of VAT, PAYE, WHT, and Nigerian statutory compliance requirements.
    • Experience designing and enforcing internal controls and approval frameworks.
    • Strong Excel, analytical, and reporting skills.
    • High attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
    • Audit or regulatory review experience is an added advantage.

    Credit Control & Recovery Lead

    Location: Ota, Ogun State
    Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 Monthly + Performance Incentives

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a disciplined and results-driven Credit Control & Recovery Lead to oversee receivables management, collections execution, debt recovery, and cash flow protection across the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable and collections process.
    Monitor receivables, aging reports, and customer payment behaviour.
    Drive timely collections and reduce overdue balances.
    Enforce payment terms and credit control policies across customers.
    Lead recovery efforts and escalate unresolved payment issues where necessary.
    Build and maintain accurate AR and collections reports for management visibility.
    Identify high-risk accounts and recommend appropriate recovery actions.
    Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to resolve payment disputes and improve collections efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • ICAN certification is mandatory.
    • Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in Credit Control, Collections, Receivables Management, or Finance Operations.
    • Strong experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, or high-volume transaction environments.
    • Strong negotiation, recovery, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
