As an English-Chinese interpreter, you are required to convey real-time speech into or from Chinese and English. You use your fluency in both languages to facilitate business between two or more people while remaining impartial.
Responsible for listening to, understanding, and translating spoken or written statements from Chinese to English. Reproduce statements in English for unique listening or reading audience.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• The position requires at least a BSc and at least 2 years of translation experience.
• Must be fluent in Chinese and English, both written and verbal.
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication, good interpersonal skills, and must be able to provide accurate documentation of his or her work

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new partners
• Engagement with potential partners to derive strategic partnerships for the organization.
• Increase partnership relationships on all our key business units and needs.
• Commercials negotiations with existing and new Partners to support the business goal of optimizing profit.
• Manage relationships with existing partners, and develop strategies to improve business revenue.
• Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
• Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, in statistics, finance, and economics is preferred;
• 5 years or more experience in partnership in a FINTECH preferably or a commercial bank.
• Relationship Management experience.
