The Credit Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, facilitating the disbursement process, and ensuring timely loan repayment, Opening New Savings And Investment Account.
Responsibilities
Evaluate loan applications based on established criteria, conducting credit checks and financial assessments to determine client eligibility
Facilitate the loan disbursement process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies.
Monitor loan accounts, proactively identifying and addressing potential repayment issues.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to support repayment, negotiate repayment terms when necessary, and manage recovery actions.

Maintain accurate records of all loan disbursement and recovery activities, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Prepare regular reports on loan performance, recovery status, and collection activities for review by the Business Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit assessment, loan and savings processing, or collections.
Strong understanding of credit analysis and risk management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with financial and loan management software.
