Job Summary

• The Credit Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, facilitating the disbursement process, and ensuring timely loan repayment, Opening New Savings And Investment Account.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications based on established criteria, conducting credit checks and financial assessments to determine client eligibility
• Facilitate the loan disbursement process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies.
• Monitor loan accounts, proactively identifying and addressing potential repayment issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to support repayment, negotiate repayment terms when necessary, and manage recovery actions.

• Maintain accurate records of all loan disbursement and recovery activities, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit assessment, loan and savings processing, or collections.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis and risk management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with financial and loan management software.
