    City Head (Field Sales Manager)

    Job Introduction

    Multipro is recruiting qualified candidates for the Position of a City Head (Field Sales Managers) for its operations in Lafia, Keffi, Bida and Mokwa. Multipro Consumer Products Limited is one of the biggest FMCG company in Nigeria Know for the Sales & Distribution of the following Brands Indomie, Dano, Kellogg’s, Power Oil, Minimie Chinchin etc.

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • ·Ensures sustained increase of the company’s market share in key units within assigned territory.
    • Coach, lead, and mentor Sales Team in all facets of route operational activity, including ordering / distribution, merchandising, promotional activity and meeting customer expectations.
    • Experience with developing relationships with Distributors and Retailers is required
    • Identify opportunities to continually increase the company’s market share through identification of untapped channels and new routes, understanding of customer business drivers and new product launch etc.

    Carry on regular fieldwork with the team to ensure all agreed sales initiatives are properly executed; provide feedback to Distributor and the sales team for improvement.

    • Growing retail sales in their respective territory
    • Execution of the sales marketing and merchandising plans

    Position Requirements:

    •  Minimum of 3-5 years FMCG sales experience in territory and distributor management with a proven track record of success
    • Bachelor’s degree in a management course or any relevant field.
    • Requires excellent organizational, planning, negotiating and people skills.
    • Ability to use mobile sales force automation application to drive sales and improve customer experience.
    • You must have experience in Noodles Category.
    • Extensive knowledge of either of the following Territory is a Must.

           i)   Lafia

           ii)  Keffi

           iii) Bida and Mokwa

    • Have good analytical and communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the team in achieving the goals established by management by planning, directing, and measuring the activities of your team

    • Extensive knowledge of the assigned Territory is a must.
    • Deliver Volume, Value Business & Profitability against AOP (Annual Operation Plan) for the Channel.
    • Driving the promotion in the chains to have edge over the competition on visibility.
    • Lead resource for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, assortment planning, launch planning and execution, development and execution of Joint Business Plans.
    • Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channel.
    • Monitoring performance and taking corrective actions
    • Achieving consistent growth by managing various internal and external stakeholders

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in same level of Modern Trade management in FMCG field
    • Good knowledge of Markets is a must.
