    Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resource Officer (Power BI and Project Management)

    Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI and Project Manager with a strong background in human resources to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will report directly and provide Executive support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing HR projects, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive HR decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
    • Provide Executive Support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
    • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support HR analysis and business intelligence.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement HR reporting tools.
    • Analyze HR data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR reports and dashboards.
    • Train and support team members in the use of Power BI and other HR tools.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Executive/Technical Assistant, preferably in an HR-related role.
    • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
    • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Human Resources, PMP or similar certifications are a plus.

    Marketing Manager

    Our Client, a Restaurant is seeking a talented Marketing Manager who is passionate about the restaurant industry and has a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in managing social media platforms, managing engaging content, and developing creative campaigns that drive customer engagement and growth.

    Salary Range: ₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month
