    Regional Sales Manager

    Summary

    • To strategize the increase insalesrevenues, building clients profile across allregionand maintain customer relationships within an assignedregionarea.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
    • Supervise sales teams, channel sales partners, corporatesales, territory sales managers
    • Recruit sales teams for territories
    • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
    • Establishes sales objectives by creating asalesplan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
    • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
    • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
    • Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
    • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

    Requirements / Qualification

    • Proven experience in telecom/ISP
    • Minimum of 7 years in a managerial position
    • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
    • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
    • Proficient in MS Excel/Word, PPT
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Organizational and leaders leadership ability
    • Problem-solving aptitude.
    • BSc / BA in Business, Marketing or any related field.

    Channel Partner Sales Executive

    Our Client, an Internet Service Provider (ISP) with large base of customers across different locations in Nigeria and beyond have an opening in this position.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
    • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
    • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
    • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
    • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
    • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
    • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
    • Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
    • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
    • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
    • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

    DESCRIPTION:

     

    • The Candidate must be able to Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals.
    • Candidate must have ability to collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
