    Marketing Manager

    Objective: 

    To contribute to the organization’s success by consistently promoting services to clients and negotiating contracts with the aim of maximizing profits while maintaining the company’s high standard of service, quality, and ethics.

    Required Skills:

    • Sales / Marketing experience within the Supply Chain Industry, Transportation, Haulage, and Logistics industries is a good advantage.
    • Proven record of growing business and starting new accounts.
    • Ability to make quick, smart business decisions.
    • Outstanding organizational skills, excellent time management skills, and ability to multitask.
    • Communication Skills
    • Mastery of marketing concepts like conversion funnels, audience segmentation, lead generation strategies, user buying personas, and customer journey optimization.
    • Negotiation skills / Good Marketing Networks across Manufacturing, Agricultural produce Exportation, Chemical Importations etc.
    • Knowledge of how to create high-impact Marketing campaigns

    Qualifications

    • 5 years of relevant professional work experience in Sales, Marketing & Business Development.
    • Bachelor of Science / HND in Social Science or another related field. A Master’s Degree would be an added advantage but not mandatory.  Relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, Haulage, and logistics is desirable and of good advantage during the selection process.

    This role also comes with sales targets for lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.

    Import & Export Manager

    Our client, a rapidly expanding Supply Chain Service Provider specializing in Import and Export, is looking to hire an experienced Import & Export Manager.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Track, trace, and follow up on shipments from origin to destination to ensure timely processing against agreed timelines.
    • Process insurance certificates with certified brokers. Apply for Form M on the Nigerian Customs portal, ensuring accurate information and all relevant documents are attached (PFI, insurance certificate, NAFDAC permits, SON permits) and transmitted to suppliers.
    • Collaborate with local banks on pre-shipping and clearing documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
    • Prepare, review, and process applications for annual import permits and licenses (SON, NAFDAC, Plant Quarantine, NESREA).
    • Ensure foreign suppliers comply with local import and export regulations.
    • Provide strategic input to procurement for onboarding new foreign suppliers within the end-to-end Impex process.
    • Advise suppliers to verify that PFI details are accurate and compliant with NSC import requirements.
    • Ensure Form M and BA numbers are communicated to foreign suppliers for all relevant shipping and import documents.
    • Complete the pre-clearing process before operations dispatch.
    • Maintain real-time updates in internal systems and databases (intranet) regarding job/project progress.
    • Ensure clients are not burdened with liabilities due to delays or errors in clearing and delivery.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • A degree in any field with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
    • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of the Supply Chain industry, import and export documentation, and logistics.
