    Corporate Sales Officer

    Location: Ibadan, Oyo

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance.
    • Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients in the corporate settings, highlighting the benefits of products (Computers, phones, accessories, and office and home appliances) to influence the purchase.
    • Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications
    • Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals
    • Collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance
    • Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets
    • Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities
    • Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related discipline such as Commerce, Economics or Marketing.
    • At least 5 years of experience in corporate sales is also necessary especially in computing and lifestyle products
    • The ability to collaborate with a team is important.
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tool.

    Regional Manager

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a regional manager delegated to head the branch, product, and service at the Abuja centre.
    • He/she will work to improve productivity, customer relations and service, and surpassing regional goals across all products (computers, phones, accessories, and home and office appliances.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
    • Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
    • Helping develop sales strategies and achieving corporate sales targets of products.
    • Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
    • Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
    • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
    • Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
    • Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
    • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations.
    • Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.

    Qualifications

    • At least 10 years experience as a regional manager
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or a similar field preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools.

    Distribution Sales Officer

    Location: Lekki / Ajah / Lakowe, Lagos

    Responsibilities
    Responsibilities are but not limited to:

    • Responsible for all sales in the assigned territory including growing existing business
    • Generates opportunities with existing clients as well as potential new customers, concluding sales calls independently and with the Marketing Manager.
    • Maintains a high-level relationship with clients, consultants and external organizations.
    • Develops and Implements organizations sales strategy to ensure short and long term business target achievement and objectives.
    • Plans, directs and monitors sales activities and gives monthly feedback on sales versus forecast.
    • Manages and supports sales administration, customer service, distributions, credit collections, invoicing and ensures orders are processed in time.
    • Ensures stock-flow processes are maintained.
    • Supports Country Managers and Sales Representatives regarding sales, promotions and sales techniques.
    • Maintains company standards and procedures.
    • Provide field-based support to the Company’s commercial partners to assist in the growth of Product sales within the Region;
    • Assess any current or future Product opportunities and report any potential findings to the Company
    • Implement and support marketing and sales activities of the Products within the Region;
    • Advise Company of market and industry trends relevant to the Products within the Region;
    • Conduct market research to identify business and market trends within the Region; and
    • Assess the current distribution channels of the Company highlighting any strengths and weaknesses that the Employee may believe there are. The Employee shall recommend any changes to the Company as they may deem appropriate;
    • Prepare an annual business plan to be submitted to and discussed with the Company’s sales team.
    • Introduce new and improved Products into the Region as directed by the Company.

    Job Requirements and Qualifications

    • Good University Degree or equivalent
    • Minimum of 3 years Sales experience
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
