    Head, Legal Services & Corporate Affairs

    Job Description

    • To secure legal compliance for the company in all aspects of its business operations by ensuring that best practices are adopted, guidelines are complied with, and that the activities of the company complies with the company's business principles, legal policies, all applicable laws,rules,and regulations.
    • To provide legal counsel and advice to the business in an integrated service, to pro-actively scan for legal riskstoidentify, avoid,mitigate,or manage them and to be responsive tocorporate and business law updatesthat may affect the business.
    • Ensure that all key company contracts are legallycompliant,and the company's interests are adequately safeguarded.
    • Provide advisory services on issues that relate to the legal and regulatory framework and liaise with relevant regulatory bodies as required.
    • Ensure that contracts are properly documented, executed,and recorded for safekeeping.
    • Be actively involved in potential litigation and ensure that the company's interest is protected.
    • Liaise with external counsel(s) on behalf of the company as required and manage the relationship efficiently.
    • Advise and assist management as appropriate in negotiations with third parties and in concluding settlements.

    Head, Information Technology

    Responsibilities

    • Manage information technology and computer systems
    • Plan, organize, control,and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
    • Design, develop, implement,and coordinate systems, policies,and procedures
    • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
    • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
    • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
    • Tracking technology to minimize security risks and increase user satisfaction
    • Audit systems and assess their outcomes
    • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
    • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
    • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching.
