    Regional Engineering Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Drive the delivery of a program of capital works projects and best-practice engineering and reliability processes across the plants
    • Provide excellent project management capability and engineering technical skills to the plants to support the overall Engineering and Operations strategy
    • Coordinate best-practice reliability processes and techniques across all sites
    • Play a key role in achieving best-practice manufacturing capability for the sites
    • Prepare project proposals detailing the business opportunity, justification, operational implications, timeline and costs
    • Lead the development of engineered solutions to deliver lower operating costs, lower maintenance costs, improved equipment reliability, with optimum product consistency and first pass quality
    • Ensure an ongoing focus on lifecycle product costs, process efficiency and innovation
    • Financial management of works within portfolio, including cash flow forecast, monthly measurement of cash flow and development of capital budgets
    • Ensure effective stakeholder communication and management
    • Lead safety culture on all projects.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Degree qualified in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Automation) or similar
    • Certificate or formal qualification in Project Management highly regarded
    • 7-10 years engineering and project management experience within an FMCG environment
    • Food and beverage manufacturing experience preferred
    • Understanding of contracting principles and contract management
    • Understanding of best-practice reliability processes and techniques
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management
    • Ability to thrive and perform in periods of change, complexity and ambiguity
    • Ability for travel to operating locations.

    Plant Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all activities of the plant
    • To lead the manufacturing function of the Plant and ensure that all KPIs are delivered in terms of: Volume, Efficiency, Cost and Quality.
    • He will be expected to implement a best practice manufacturing methodology, promote a culture of Predictive and Preventative maintenance that would ensure continuous improvements in all production aspects within the plant and will introduce Systems, Processes and Automation designed to provide accurate, timely and meaningful Reports.
    • Ensure the preparation of the Plant Manufacturing Business Plan.
    • Prepare the annual manufacturing KPIs for the plant: Volume, efficiency, yields, cost and quality.
    • Establish an effective Maintenance Management System in the plant and ensure its strict implementation.
    • Review and evaluate results against plan for the plant.
    • Ensure that corrective action is taken to address adverse variances.
    • Lead change and transformation agenda across the plant.
    • Develop short/medium term manufacturing plans to ensure that manufacturing capacity and capability can meet the projected sales volume for the plant.
    • Develop programs to improve plant performance.
    • Ensure that CAPEX projects within the plant, are executed within set timelines and budgets.
    • Ensure adherence to the highest Quality standards.
    • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirements.
    • Build an effective team-based environment and motivate employees to optimize their performance within the plant.
    • Build a strong and efficient organization manufacturing capability at the plant, particularly the engineering capability by building a solid pipeline for key technical positions.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably from a recognised univeristy or Technical Institute.
    • 15 years of technical experience with a large food & beverages company, of which at least 10 years in a senior manufacturing position.
    • Solid technical background & understanding of the beverages industry.
    • Will have a proven track record in managing a large FMCG plant.
    • Previous experience in emerging markets / Africa / Nigeria will be a plus.

    General Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for overall direction, development and growth of the Company
    • Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Country and provide leadership to direct reports and the entire staff of the Company.
    • Plan, coordinate and manage all business operations to achieve corporate goals
    • Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.
    • Manage administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations

    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role within an large company (+200 employees)
    • Team player with excellent communication skills
    • Previous experience in Nigeria will be a plus
    • Problem solving oriented.

    Finance Manager

    Responsibilities

    • The Finance Manager will be responsible for management of the company Finance and Administration
    • He will provide effective financial leadership for the operations of the company to grow value responsibility in a profitable and sustainable manner
    • Provide and/or oversee day to day financial and accounting services and management within the guidelines established
    • Handling overall Taxation matters, Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, Company Law &  other legal matters  finalisation of accounts & Audit
    • Responsible for Bank accounts and Cash management, Tax & Capex procedures
    • Supervision of collection process
    • Responsible for Budget and plans realization, update and follow ups;
    • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, integrity and reliability of all financial information and meeting the deadlines
    • Ensure appropriate financial risk, accounting and auditing policies and procedures of the company
    • In charge of relationship with Auditors, Banks, Clients financial representative and other actors
    • Responsible for all admin projects

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Master's Degree in Finance from a recognised University.
    • MBA is a plus
    • Proven work experience, domain knowledge and expertise in financial management and corporate accounting with minimum 5 -10 years of experience in a similar senior position
    • Experience within a large logistics group will be a plus
    • Corporate management accounting experience
    • Excellent in problem solving, analytical and administrative skills
    • Ability to work in multicultural environment and under pressure.
