    National Import Clearance Resource Support Staff

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Staff with an Accounting background to join their team. 
    • As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the financial systems and processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Daily reconciliation of FX obligations with banks
    • Opening of Form M
    • SON Import permit application and follow-up with Standard Organisation of Nigeria
    • Filing of necessary documents.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in Accounting
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
    • Strong accounting and financial management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Responsibilities

    • Training in sales techniques, customer service, or telecommunications is a plus.Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail or telecommunications environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize and resolve customer issues effectively.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

    Account & Inventory Executive

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive - Accounts & Inventory to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our accounting and inventory operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and providing financial insights to support business growth.

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Manage invoicing, payments follow-up, and reconciliation processes
    • Ensure statutory compliances and handle government requests
    • Oversee inventory management, petty cash management, and accounting operations
    • Reconcile vendor invoices, intercompany transactions, and fixed assets
    • Perform month-end activities, including accrual accounting, prepaid expenses, and depreciation

    Qualifications

    • Graduate in Finance (B.Sc or equivalent)
    • 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and inventory management
    • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
